High-Efficiency Solar Street Lights

The Forland high-efficiency integrated solar street light features a highly integrated design that combines photovoltaic power generation, energy storage, and LED lighting into a single unit, making it ideal for basic road lighting in off-grid areas overseas.
Equipped with a high-conversion-efficiency monocrystalline silicon module at the top, it maintains stable charging performance even in low-light or limited-sunlight conditions. Its built-in, high-performance lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery offers excellent temperature adaptability and cycle durability, ensuring reliable lighting through multiple consecutive days of overcast or rainy weather.
The unit features a die-cast aluminum housing with an optimized heat-dissipation structure to enhance long-term operational stability. It meets IP66 protection standards, enabling it to withstand harsh outdoor environments characterized by high humidity, salt spray, and dust.
The lighting system utilizes high-brightness LEDs paired with automatic light-sensing controls and smart motion-sensing modules to enable on-demand illumination and energy optimization, making it suitable for rural roads, small industrial parks, and basic municipal lighting applications.

Advantages in capacity and energy density:
In terms of capacity and energy density, The nominal capacity of the 32700 battery cell is generally between 5000 and 6000mAh,the nominal capacity of the 32140 cell is between 12,500 and 15,000 mah, which is more than twice that of the 32700 cell and also has a higher energy density. This enables it to provide more sustained power for devices that require long-term operation or high-energy storage, such as electric vehicles, residential and commercial energy storage systems, etc.
Cycle life advantage:
The 32700 battery cell has a cycle life of ≥2,000 times under 100% deep discharge (DOD), The 32140 battery cell has a cycle life of 2,000 to 3,500 times at 80% DOD. Under the same depth of discharge, its cycle life is longer than that of the 32700 bat-tery cell, making it more suitable for scenarios that require long-term stable use, such as uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), as it can reduce the frequency and cost of battery replacement.
High-power discharge advantage:
The 32140 cell can handle higher discharge currents. Some 32140 cells can handle continuous discharge currents up to 72A and pulse currents up to 150A. It is more suitable for application scenarios such as industrial equipment with high power requirements.
